We hope you’re taking care of yourselves. There’s so much happening right now in our lives. We are receiving updated guidance multiple times a day and we will continue to update you when there are changes.

As a mental health and wellness company, we are quite focused on this most recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on our collective health and sanity.

Please, contact us if you are not feeling well or are stressed about the spread of this virus and its impact on you. We care about your mental health and wellbeing.

We recognize the necessity of the services that we provide and especially at this time. Our clinicians are meeting with clients. We are primarily holding video sessions along with a limited number of in-person sessions for established clients. If you need to schedule an appointment, please schedule through the online portal.
